The APAC Sales Kickoff is the moment the region's commercial team comes together to align, energise, and set the direction for the year ahead. The conference was held at the Lancemore Mansion at Werribee Park, a venue that immediately signals something different from a standard hotel ballroom. With executives flying in from the US and team members travelling from across APAC, the experience needed to be genuinely exceptional, and the backdrop made that possible from the moment guests arrived.
Zesty managed the full conference production across all three days: show calling, AV support, lighting installation, signage, florals, and entertainment curation. F&B was curated to match the energy of the crowd, venue liaison and on-site management kept the logistics invisible, and content creation captured the moments that mattered. The Awards ceremony was designed as a proper event within the event, with a programme built to celebrate the team's achievements in style.
The brief had a clear undercurrent: this was a young, energetic group, and the clients wanted the experience to feel alive. Every session, every break, and every evening was designed to feel like something worth being present for. Three days of precise delivery behind the scenes, so the team in front could focus entirely on each other.
