When DKO Architecture officially launched its Brisbane office after opening during the pandemic, they wanted more than a traditional corporate event they wanted an experience that reflected their creativity, their clients and the city they had become part of.

Zesty Events delivered the corporate event management and production for DKO Architecture's Brisbane office launch, transforming their workplace into an immersive experience designed around connection, conversation and memorable moments.

The brief was clear: create an event that said something about DKO and Brisbane at the same time. Not a conventional cocktail party. Something unexpected, considered and genuinely memorable for clients, collaborators and industry partners who had waited years for this milestone.

The event was designed around the architecture itself. Projections across the building facade announced the launch from the street, creating anticipation before guests even entered. Inside, every detail was curated to make the office feel like an experience rather than a venue.

A custom-built DJ booth set the tone for the evening, while DJ Tanzer kept the atmosphere moving throughout the night. A private speakeasy was created within a meeting room, stocked with local artisan gins and designed as a discovery moment for guests. Food and beverage selections were carefully considered to complement the space and the overall experience.

From creative concept development through to event production and guest experience, every element was designed with purpose.

The result was a corporate office launch that did more than celebrate a new location. It introduced DKO Brisbane to the market in a way that felt authentic to the brand: creative, unexpected and impossible to forget.
